The enemy often prevails in his mission to discourage our walk with Christ through using the world's influence. If we aren't living in the steadfast love and mercies of The Lord, the world can effortlessly tear down our spirits.

Zephaniah 3:17:
The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.

No matter how hopeless or isolated you might feel, take some time today to reflect on just how much your God loves you. When we place all our trust in God we need nothing else. In the shadow of His presence, he is our portion and our cup overflows!

Matthew 6:22 tells us that the eyes are the lamp of the body. 'If the eye is healthy, your whole body will be filled with light.' Your faith in Christ is what gives eyes to your spiritual life.

In order to fashion a deeper faith, we must allow God to open the eyes of our heart. He is waiting for us to press close to him through a personal relationship and not from works of the flesh.

Viewing the world with a temporal mindset excludes us from recieving Christ's full blessing and provision in our lives. Focus in on your faith and Christ's eternal kingdom; then He will protect your eyes, gaurd your heart, and extinguish all the flaming darts from the evil one.

"...and the two shall become one."

This verse makes it clear that our relationship with Christ is not grown through works, but by His grace alone. God's grace is sufficient, and his power is made perfect throughout all the seasons He has ordained for life. When you are at your weakest, fatigued, and broken, God's power in your life is at its greatest.

Everything that Paul had, that all believers in Christ have, is only possible through Jesus' death and resurrection from the cross. Remember that trials and tests of our faith are used to teach us perseverance; God has begun a work in you and he will be faithful to complete it.

Connection and community fellowship are some of the best things we get to experience at Koinonia!

Yesterday, a group of ladies, who have been hosting a Bible study at the church, enjoyed going on a tour of Remember The Cross with Pastor Brad. They loved the vision for Route 66, the reflection stations, and were blessed by the church opening for them.

We know that God is doing great things and is speaking to people at Remember The Cross; He is impressing himself on hearts and transforming lives. We would love to get to know you better! Contact us @KoinoniaABQ if you would like to visit us or explore the vision for the property

Galatians 2:19-20:

For through the law I died to the law, so that I might live to God. I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

It's another day closer to spring! Along with the changing of the seasons, we are believing in a time of fresh spiritual growth.

Plant blossoms are able to sprout and flourish when exposed to the right amount of sunlight and water. Similarly, our spiritual life in Christ is nourished through spending time in His word, worshiping Him, and fellowship with the saints.

Set apart time this spring to enjoy the new blooms; sow into your relationship with your heavenly father and reflect on if He is trying to bring you into a new season of life.
