I wanted to thank Drew and all the musicians and choir for a fabulous Easter Sunday service yesterday. Ryan's sermon was incredible as we think about Romans 8 daily and the Great Love our God has for us. I am thankful to God this morning for Desert Springs Church and the teaching and worship there. You all are a huge blessing to our lives!
I am an Event Coordinator for the National Day of Prayer May 2. Would you all like to be listed as a church that will have their doors open a couple of hours for prayer that day?

Navajo Food Deliveries Exempt from Governor’s New Order

DSC has continued to see the light of Christ poured out as you have graciously continued to offer food and essential supplies to Los Ranchos Elementary School, as well as to the Navajo who are suffering greatly due to this virus.

In order to prevent the further spread of this virus, the government has placed restrictions on the border towns around the reservation so that no one is allowed in or out right now.

Fortunately, these orders still allow for the “immediate transportation of essential supplies, equipment and persons”, and the Navajo Nation Christian Response Team whom we have partnered with in transporting these items has been included in this exemption.

This means we can continue to collect supplies to serve the Navajo and we would be grateful for your continued efforts in this ministry! Thank you so very much to everyone who has already been involved. It has been a blessing to see the love of Christ outpoured with such great generosity.

What is worship, exactly? Why do we worship, and how? Find out on this week's DSC Podcast, featuring Pastor Ryan Kelly.

[03/27/20]   An update from Pastor Ryan about how we can lament in our suffering while still praising God for His goodness.

The Difference Family Worship Makes

Family worship has always been important, but since we can't gather together as a church, it is more important than ever for parents to take the lead in reading God's Word, praying and singing with one another. Having your family in a Christ-exalting, gospel-centered, Bible-teaching local church is crucial to Christian parenting—but it is not enough.
