Wayne and I have gone to VistaStream and there is no YouTube connection for today's (08-30-20) worship service.
May you be informed that your minister of music Scott Steele has revealed himself to be a racist, writing PUBLICLY to the Los Alamos Daily Post newspaper, flippantly and derisively, that there weren’t any black people in that town, (failing to
Look at all photos or noting black speakers at the BLM event. He even wrote that he was having fun.
I LIVE just doors down from black neighbors; I hope their children are not reading his words.
I have STUDENTS of African heritage.
Scott Steele is no man of God. He is a shameful charlatan who wants to bolster himself by point-making that he thinks is “right.” He is guilty of prideful indulgence in erroneous dogma.
As a resident of Los Alamos, I write my strenuous objection. My father was nuclear medical advisor to NATO. He had African-American patriots working under his command. Prior, he was a career Army surgeon, who SAVED the lives of many, regardless of race; he pumped soldiers’ hearts with his bare hands when equipment failed.
To Scott Steele, whose heart has failed him, we who are parents of multi-racial children say “learn humility; you ARE WRONG.” Apologize. You have sold your soul to scant comedic knee-jerk indulgence in writing inaccuracies. Ask yourself why! Face the answer. Until then, you are no true minister and are NOT a man of God. You do not deserve to lead any music or any sermons or any group.
I was in Albuquerque on business and dropped in for the early Sunday service. It is a wonderfully inviting church. Rev. Dawn and the other folks made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door. I will definitely attend again on my next trip to Albuquerque.
I moved to the area and am looking for a church but I have what I thought would be an easy question but finding out it is not. Do you open your bible and read from in your service?
So glad I found this FB page. Let's just say it has been a long time since I've been here.
Wayne Hammar, Tres Rios Area Moderator, invites everyone to attend a listening conference to be hosted by West Mesa Christian Church on Saturday, February 9th. The session starts at 2:00 PM and should last 1½ to 2 hours.

The purpose of this listening conference is to gain input from Albuquerque Disciples as to how people feel the Tres Rios Area should plan to proceed into the Regional Restructure program. The more people and input the Tres Rios Area can have on this subject, the better able our Area will be to respond to the desires of people and churches in the Area to live into this new structure for the region. This includes any questions you might have about the restructure plan.
Special VIP Movie Screening of Gosnell - the true story you don’t want to miss. Sept 26 in Albuquerque

My name is Aileen, I’m working with the producers of the movie Gosnell: The Trial of America’s Biggest Serial Killer which is about the investigation and trial of abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell. The movie exposes the coverup the government and media did for nearly two decades while thousands of children were killed. While the subject is mature in manner, the film is not graphic or explicit as early previews have included teenagers. The movie is rated PG-13.

We are having a VIP Preview on September 26, 2018 - 7:00 pm. RIO 24

For FREE tickets please register here http://gosnellknkt.doattend.com

One of the filmmakers or cast members will be at the screening for Q&A. Please share link with any other area pastors, volunteers or supporters.

Watch the trailer at www.gosnellmovie.com

Email me any questions. We hope to see you at the movie.
