Whose foot steps are you following?
Does your walk match your talk? Do we practice what we preach?
FYI Don’t know how many might remember Johnny. He attended ABC for a while. He always had his BIG video camera going. We picked him up on the van some and other times someone gave him a ride home. I believe Ed and Phyllis and others from McArthur gave him rides. Just thought you would like to know for those who knew Johnny. Also Roberta Huffman, formally of Albany passed away, viewing Tuesday evening. HOMENEWSOBITUARIES Johnny R. Baer 2/25/2019 4:44 PM Johnny R. Baer, 43, of McArthur, formerly of Wellston, passed away on Friday, Feb. 22, 2019, at his home. He was born on Oct. 29, 1975, in Columbus, Ohio, son of the late Robert and Bessie (Gearing) Baer. Johnny was a very well-known member of both the Jackson and Vinton County communities. He could always be found with his video recorder at many local festivals and other events. Johnny’s dream was to be the “camera man” for a news outlet. For his birthday, he would often treat himself to tours of WSAZ or WOUB news studios. He attended many area churches and represented Christ by his unconditional love for others. He was a simple man who was always kind to others and enjoyed socializing and travelling. His presence will be missed by many. A celebration of Johnny’s life will be held on Thursday, Feb. 28, 2019, at 1 p.m. in the chapel of R.M. Williams Funeral Service, 120 West Broadway St., Wellston, Ohio. Burial will be in Ridgewood Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home also on Thursday, one hour prior to services from noon to 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Johnny’s name may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses. Please visit www.rmwilliamsfuneralservice.com to leave a message of comfort, encouragement, or condolence to his family and friends, or to view Johnny’s online video tribute. R.M. Williams Funeral Service, Wellston, is honored to care for Johnny Baer.
We all have sinned. We all have made bad choices and terrible decisions. We are all disobedient and rebellious. But in Christ we all can be forgiven.
Hello there, I have an event if you are interested. Your congregation can honor Christ through the writing of God's word by placing their favorite Bible verse in their church parking lot spot. This is a new idea that each church would put on. The Facebook site is #ChalkTheSpot. God Bless
Good evening fellow believers, I stopped by to wish you well and to encourage you to keep the faith and keep serving the Lord. Also, please check out this ministry. Perhaps you will find a verse, quote, or meme that can help you spread the Gospel, uplift someone’s spirit, or get them thinking about Jesus and His place in their life. Thanks for your time and feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or would like to share something to this page. www.facebook.com/christianmemes4you
We are on the way to Baltimore, Maryland for Timothy's wedding. My brother Scott A. Whitson, who you have prayed for from time to time was hospitalized two weeks ago. He had to have his peritoneal dialysis catheter removed. He came home last Monday and just got worse. He had to be rehospitalized via ambulance Monday night. They do not seem to have a definite diagnosis, but things do not look good.
A great connection between a modern super-hero & one from the Bible! It fits well w/ this year's VBS theme❣️
Reminder that mens breakfast is tomorrow morning at 9am. We will have some great food and a special guest speaker. Nathan Hale will be sharing how God is working in his life. You can follow his journey on Facebook and Instagram @tatehale

John 3:17

His love has often questioned by those who not know Him. “How could He be loving if He condemns men to hell?” they ask. Here is the answer, Jesus did not come to condemn but to save the world. Therefore if anyone goes to an eternity without God it is by his own choice. One’s rejection of Christ and His sacrificial death and resurrection is ones’s choice for an eternity of suffering in Hades.

bible.faithlife.com For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.
