All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. 2Timothy 3:16
Welcome to our Facebook! We began with a summer Bible study in May of 2003 as an outreach to the city of Adelanto and out of that study we founded our fellowship which began church services in October of 2003. As Adelanto grows so does the need to share the love and Gospel of Jesus Christ to those that are searching for a home to worship and learn of God's Word. Here at Calvary Chapel Adelanto we do an In-depth study of God's Word by studying systematically verse by verse through the Scriptures. The Apostle Paul wrote to his young son in the faith and said in 2Timothy 2:15: "Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth". We are excited about what God is doing in these desperate times as people are searching for answers to the difficulties of life. We also recognize the need for growth and maturity in the body of Christ. One of my favorite scriptures is Ephesians 4:11-16. Paul the Apostle says that we are to: "equip the saints for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ". So here at C.C.A. it is our desire to help you use the gifts that God has given you to build up the body of Christ. Colossians 3:16 says: "Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord". May the Lord Jesus Christ richly Bless you! Let us not be hypocritical in our speech. Rather, let us use our words to glorify the Lord and encourage others.
We must trust God even when we don’t understand and even when it may hurt. God ultimately is able to work all things together for the good...He never said that it would always feel good...but He did promise to never leave us alone in the midst of it.
