Though our churches differ, we have one common passion: to unite the people of our communities to care for those who cannot care for themselves.
We also find opportunities for shared worship at four times each year.
Mission: To united the people of our communities in worship and mission.

Feed My Lambs was hard at work last night - they prepared ~150 backbacks with school supplies for all grades of the A-Town school district, and about as many snack packs to send home with students. The event is tomorrow - but today we have a hallway literally packed with the supplies for the youth of our communities - all made possible by the kind hearted folks of our communities and churches.
Feed My Lambs is still doing snack packs - Same place - Same time! Be sure to be there!

Besides pictures of our town, we need to tell the story of resiliency that IS Abingdon and the results of that: feed my lambs, camp PARK, food pantries, church unity. I think Abingdon has a compelling case (remember, reality tv is about the story, ultimately) I think we need a well-done video that showcases the community’s response to adversity. Could people share with me: great photos and (high quality) videos of our community activities, missions, and unity? ((Comment below if u have some that will help and we can arrange to get the high quality versions of them))
Also, i wonder if we could start a campaign to dig out our brick sidewalks to showcase our dedication to beautifying our city???

[10/03/19] Welcome! Like this page to learn about our worship & missions throughout the year. "Learn More" for a new area calendar!
The people in the churches of Abingdon, Avon, Berwick and Prairie City are strong of faith. Though we differ in theology, vision, and worship styles, but we have found that we can unite around local missions, especially caring for children and the poor. We can also find ways to share together in worship, occasionally, throughout the year.
Join us in our work in the community or be a part of one of our joint worship services. Most importantly, though, please find a faith home in one of our churches so that your life will be enriched by your own community of faith!
