GOD'S LOVE

"Ephesians 1:4(KJV *): According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before* him in love:"

👉As eternal as God is, so shall we never stop talking of His love. God is love, He's loving in every way. God's love is unconditional, unearned. He doesn't love you because you're good but because He's good & able to make you good when you believe. It's only in the eyes of His love that you're holy & without blame before Him. Take away God's unconditional love & we're all sinners worthy of death but His love covers the multitude of our sins & makes us worthy of life & all blessings.
The understanding of God's kind of love & the unlimited measure that He loves us is what the devil mostly attacks in a man's understanding.
To some it's easy to have confidence that God loves them & can do anything for them when they're morally perfect according to the religious cord. However when they err in one, their confidence flees. If you fail to understand how God loves us unconditionally, you can't believe Him to be able to do anything for you, in whichever state you are in. Understanding His unconditional love & believing it makes you able to see His boundless working. If God loved you so unconditionally to the extent of saving you at the cost of His beloved Son when you were a sinner & useless to Him, how much more does He love you & is able to do for you after you've believed? O that you should always boast in God's unconditional love for you! (1Jn 4:8 & Pro 10:12).

~AP.PAUL~
BUAH KECAPI BUAH KEDODONG
"Hebrews 11:3(KJV):
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear."

The first understanding that faith places on a believer's heart is that life begins & is sustained by spirit beings not physical things. Things like disease should be understood that they aren't caused by the things that scientific research & studies say. Jesus went about healing those that were oppressed by the devil (Acts 10:38).
Every kind of disease is an oppression & affliction of the devil on man. Whenever men are sick, the devil is present in the spirit to oppress them thus if handled in wisdom, it can be rebuked in Jesus' mighty name & the sick are healed. Understanding that life is more spiritual than it appears to be physical, God's word & believing in it is the best way of dealing with every life issue. The Word is spirit & life. It's alive & operative, more thorough in its working than the most sophisticated weapon. There's nothing that can't be fixed by the word because it's spirit & the only tool that deals with things after their spiritual causes. When you feel sick, the best option you should find is the word. It's able to destroy the enemy in the spirit who causes disease. For every issue of life whether in marriage or finances, have God's word as your best option to solve matters & you'll see His salvation. (Jn 6:63 & Heb 4:12)

I see it in my own life, even as a leader.....

I love my home, can't wait to get back home, after a long day and my first place is my verandah
Of late I pimped my verandah with two huge wall mirrors that is where I get my peace and connect with the world, but more with God I guess...my habit is so off.. I can't remember the last time I sat in my sitting room for ten minutes...

I believe for many of us it is time that "layers of our counterfeit self are shed. Something truer, that is Christ in and through us, slowly emerges.

" The need for detachment is real for many of us guys, and this is the time to recognize that we are 'simply man' - and guess what!!! We are really messed up guys who desperately need Jesus everyday....

Wednesday June 23rd, 2021.

Regarding detachment, it is important that we all come to terms with God's demand. When He asks some things from us He actually means well for all of us. His ultimate purpose for us is to have a loving union with Him. Thus we joyfully when God asks and demands it - detach from certain behaviors and activities for the sole aim of a more intimate, loving attachment to God.

God is not a sadist.. He wants us to enjoy the world, God's creation is super good, we are to appreciate His handwork - nature, people, all of His many gifts along with His presence in creation without being ensnared by them.

That... "those who are the most detached on the journey are best able to taste the purest joy in the beauty of created things." it is Thomas Merton who blows the lid out of this quagmire by saying..
"I wonder if there are twenty men alive in the world now who see things as they really are. That would mean that there were twenty men who were free, who were not dominated or even influenced by an attachment to any created thing or to their own selves or to any gift of God."

Well, this is life, we are all in this journey, some have been on this journey for a while, some have just popped up into it... but this is the gist of it all
"the journey with Jesus calls us to a life of undivided devotion to him. This requires that we simplify our lives, removing distraction."

By the way, when some one sees some disconnect in your life or some evident stain on your shirt or blouse and let's you know of it.. Do please kindly thank that person

Paul pleads with the church in Philippi and says this... "Join with others in following my example, brothers, and take note of those who live according to the pattern we gave you. For as I have often told you before and now say again even with tears, many live as enemies of the cross of Christ. Their destiny is destruction, their God is their stomach, and their glory is in their shame. Their mind is on earthly things."
(Philippians 3:17-19)

Failing to remove distractions, and to fully detach ourselves from stuff makes us enemy number one to Christ. He or she who has ears, let them hear what the Lord is saying, quickly detach, and quickly attach yourself to Him who loves you fully.

Will continue, enjoy your Wednesday....

Ps. Micah.

GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD

22/06/2021

We cry out "God, I must have that second degree, I must have that car - God says no you don't need that, you need me!"

That when we put our claws into something and we don't want to take them out, we are beyond enjoying them. We now must have them... says Peter Scazero....

Regardless Beloveth, whatever it takes, detach yourself now from whatever you know is unhealthy - and run for your life straight into the arms of Jesus....

𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 - 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿.

Tuesday June 22nd, 2021.

Hope your week has started well. The critical issue on the journey with God is not "Am I happy?" but "Am I free? Am I growing in the freedom God gave me?"

The Apostle Paul himself hints on this reality of detachment, and calls us to a radical, new understanding of our relationship to the world..

"What I mean, brothers is that the time is short. From now on those who have wives should live as if they do not; those who mourn, as if they not; those who are happy, as if they were not; those who buy something, as if it were not theirs to keep; those who use the things of the world, as if not engrossed in them. For this world in its present form is passing away." (1 Corinthians 7:29-31)

Life in this world continues in fact non stop.. marrying, experiencing sorrow and joy, (even as I pen this just got news that one of our loved ones has passed on) buying things and using them - but we all need that huge awareness or reminder that these things in themselves are not our lives...We are to be marked by eternity, free from the dominating power of things....

There is a way things or stuff of this world gets a hold of us. That "detachment is the great secret of interior peace. Along the way in this journey with Christ, we get attached to behaviors, habits, things, and people in a very unhealthy way."

I love my wife, I love my daughters and indeed they are many. I love my red car - do not touch it, I love my books, they are scattered all over my house - next to my bed, in the family room, I guess you turn around you see piles of books.

Just like you, I rarely realize how attached I am to something until God removes it. Then of course the power struggles begins... "God I must have that second degree, I must have that car - God says no you don't need that, you need me!" that when we put our claws into something and we don't want to take them out, we are beyond enjoying them. We are really messed up guys who desperately need Jesus everyday....

And for most of us men, see this, some of us "men must be awaken if we are to grow up into our God given masculinity and spirituality." recognizing this ringing reality in life my dear friends, demands detachment and so....

- "life is hard
- you are not that important
- your life is not about you
- you are not in control
- hey!!!" you are going to die."

The Journey Into Spirituality.

Monday June 20th, 2021.

"How shall we then live?" CS Lewis asked that questions, in fact a whole book is written on that very topic. The need to get to know ourselves so we might know God, some one says is the adventure of a life time.

Part of the steps that contributes greatly toward an emotionally healthy spirituality has so much to do with specific steps that you and I need to take in knowing ourselves.

Many years ago, from history, a story is captured of the United States Airforce developing a project to put military pilots into space, but they first needed to punch through the sound barrier. The test pilot to carry this project was a guy by the name of Church Yeager. He was invited to be the test pilot.

His boss Colonel Boyd, informed him, "Nobody knows for sure what happens until somebody gets there. Chuck, you will be flying into the unknown."
Well, the plane had the latest technology and design and every known gadgets, but neither the airforce nor the Colonel could guarantee the outcome, why? Because nobody had been there.

Same thing in our spiritual life journey pursuit, no other person has ever lived your life. And so just like you or me, you "may be wondering what will happen if you engage in this journey of emotionally healthy spirituality, if you take seriously God's purpose for you to increasingly live faithfully out of the life He has given you."

Back again to our story from history. That "after nine attempts, on October 14th, 1947, Chuck Yeager finally broke the sound barrier. He wrote later about the experience: 'I was thunderstruck, after all the anxiety, breaking the sound barrier turned out to be a perfectly paved speedway... After all the anticipation it was really a let down, the unknown was a poke through Jell - O."

The point of this story says Peter Scazero, is not that we live our life flying at high speeds but that we all would possibly pause and somehow slow down and ponder about life.

This is the gist. Only God knows your life and knows your future, but you and I can be sure of one thing. That your life and my life, like Chuck Yeager's airplane, will shake in the process of you maturing into the person God intends. If yours is not shaking now celebrate, but soon it will be knocking loudly at your door.

And the reason is simple, according to Peter Scazero, the raw material of your life is unaccustomed to flying in order to break through the sound barrier. It will initially feel uncomfortable, as if the plane of your life is shaking literally to pieces from the pressure.

And so if you move forward, however, you will find that God is with you and behind you. That His grace is sufficient. His power is accessible, and the unknown before you is really like poking through the Jell - O.

God cares for every bit of our lives, our anchor, our trust must be on Him, and our help comes from Him, and this is how the Psalmist portrays God's care over us - that.

"I lift up my eyes to the hills - where does my help comes from? My help comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip - he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep." (Psalm 121:1-4)

Our God indeed cares, and He cares deeply for our emotional spiritual health. Blessings, as we come to terms with the reality of this lockdown- but know this, even in this, our God is with us - Emmanuel.

Blessed Monday!
