*WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND* One day a man saw an old lady, stranded on the side of the road, but even in the dim light of day, he could see she needed help. So he pulled up in front of her Mercedes and got out. His Pontiac was still sputtering when he approached her. Even with the smile on his face, she was worried. No one had stopped to help for the last hour or so. Was he going to hurt her? He didn’t look safe; he looked poor and hungry. He could see that she was frightened, standing out there in the cold. He knew how she felt. It was those chills which only fear can put in you. He said, “I’m here to help you, ma’am. Why don’t you wait in the car where it’s warm? By the way, my name is Bryan Anderson.” Well, all she had was a flat tire, but for an old lady, that was bad enough. Bryan crawled under the car looking for a place to put the jack, skinning his knuckles a time or two. Soon he was able to change the tire. But he had to get dirty and his hands hurt. As he was tightening up the lug nuts, she rolled down the window and began to talk to him. She told him that she was from St. Louis and was only just passing through. She couldn’t thank him enough for coming to her aid. Bryan just smiled as he closed her trunk. The lady asked how much she owed him. Any amount would have been all right with her. She already imagined all the awful things that could have happened had he not stopped. Bryan never thought twice about being paid. This was not a job to him. This was helping someone in need, and God knows there were plenty, who had given him a hand in the past. He had lived his whole life that way, and it never occurred to him to act any other way. He told her that if she really wanted to pay him back, the next time she saw someone who needed help, she could give that person the assistance they needed, and Bryan added, “And think of me.” He waited until she started her car and drove off. It had been a cold and depressing day, but he felt good as he headed for home, disappearing into the twilight. A few miles down the road the lady saw a small cafe. She went in to grab a bite to eat, and take the chill off before she made the last leg of her trip home. It was a dingy looking restaurant. Outside were two old gas pumps. The whole scene was unfamiliar to her. The waitress came over and brought a clean towel to wipe her wet hair. She had a sweet smile, one that even being on her feet for the whole day couldn’t erase. The lady noticed the waitress was nearly eight months pregnant, but she never let the strain and aches change her attitude. The old lady wondered how someone who had so little could be so giving to a stranger. Then she remembered Bryan. After the lady finished her meal, she paid with a hundred dollar bill. The waitress quickly went to get change for her hundred dollar bill, but the old lady had slipped right out the door. She was gone by the time the waitress came back. The waitress wondered where the lady could be. Then she noticed something written on the napkin. There were tears in her eyes when she read what the lady wrote: “You don’t owe me anything. I have been there too. Somebody once helped me out, the way I’m helping you. If you really want to pay me back, here is what you do, do not let this chain of love end with you.” Under the napkin were four more $100 bills. Well, there were tables to clear, sugar bowls to fill, and people to serve, but the waitress made it through another day. That night when she got home from work and climbed into bed, she was thinking about the money and what the lady had written. How could the lady have known how much she and her husband needed it? With the baby due next month, it was going to be hard… She knew how worried her husband was, and as he lay sleeping next to her, she gave him a soft kiss and whispered soft and low, “Everything’s going to be all right. I love you, Bryan Anderson.” There is an old saying “What goes around comes around.” *Wishing You A Happy Night Rest.*😀

Spirituality is attention to the spirit, or to the inner person. It's focus is the heart, which seeks the right ordering of life and integrity of relationships.

The heart’s pathway to knowing itself and others, is always love. Love is the irradiation of the whole self by an uncreated light or wisdom, gratuitously given for the sole purpose of healing the world.

This illuminative love is divine, it is known intuitively but can be disclosed in any emotion, by something felt.

The mind then surveys all these intuitions and feelings, to judge their worth and truth vis-a-vis an invariable, such as the scriptures or doctrine.

The mind can then make its own conclusions about them inductively, and the foundations of a personal spirituality can be laid.

Why should you forgive? Because, YOU'RE FORGIVEN! It's as simple as that.
-Ephesians 4:32

To forgive is to set a prisoner free and discover that the prisoner was you.

[09/17/20]   Pray for my brother Francis who has just passed on at Nsambya Hospital. Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace.

NO BODY is perfect but even though we're not yet perfect, we're still OKAY and that's what we should rejoice in.

I want you to have this mentality that says, I am not where I need to be, but bless God I am not where I used to be. I am not perfect, I make mistakes here and there, but bless God I am okay, and I am on my way.

I want you to know that God isn't mad at you because you haven't arrived yet. Rather, he is pleased with you that you're pressing on and staying on the path. You ain't giving up and that's so important.

Learn to enjoy yourself while you're changing, growing, and becoming more like Christ. Enjoy where you're on the way to where you're going. Enjoy the journey not knowing where it's taking you but trusting God that he has good plans of prosperity and not disaster for you, plans to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11)

Stop wasting all of your now time trying to rush into the future. Remember tomorrow will have troubles of its own (Mathew 6:34)

You can be extraordinary happy while enjoying an ordinary life if only you will learn to be content and live life as it comes in other words, "GOING WITH THE FLOW"

Stop waiting for joyful feelings to tickle you, but first make a decision and the feelings will follow in due time. Remember the righteous shall live by faith and not by sight. (Galatians 3:11)

Now here is the vaccine!
Decide, from today onwards to start your day by saying Psalm 118:24; "This is the day the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it. GOOD MORNING LORD! " isn't that beautiful?

Don't focus on how far you still have to go, but on how far you have come and celebrate. Be free to enjoy life, enjoy God, and yourself because peace and happiness don't happen by accident but as a result of the choices we make. Remember no matter how major or minor your situation is, you can choose to enjoy your life - EVERYDAY! 😀

it is not how much we have, but how much we enjoy that makes happiness _Charles Spurgeon

The more you compare your life to those around you, the less you'll enjoy the life God has given you.

The things in your life that make you different aren't hindrances at all, rather they are Assets.

I will praise you for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are your works, and that my soul knows very well. (Psalm 139:14)

* If you're jealous of others, the one you will hurt the most will be yourself. Be kind to yourself and appreciate who you're. Ask God to help you confidently find and accept your identity in Him alone. The more you're more comfortable with you, the more joy you will have.

*Comparison is the thief of Joy_Theodore Roosevelt

Nothing good comes from you trying to imitate, compete with, or out do someone else. The more you compare your life to the lives of those around you, the less you'll enjoy the life God has given you.

We were created to feel safe, secure, confident and bold; these are part of our spiritual DNA as believers in Christ. God created you with a purpose. He loves you unconditionally and He has given you lots of special gifts and talents.

Stop comparing yourself to others, get up and use those gifts and life will be so different for you and the people that come into contact with you. You will bring forth fruit in season and out of season and your cup will never run dry.

Now Don't forget; you're beautiful, handsome, you're special, you're unique, you're perfect, you're fearfully and wonderfully made. Do not let anyone, not even yourself tell you otherwise.

Have you been wondering why you're not at peace in your life. Why you're always anxious, depressed, or afraid for one thing or the other?

Now here's why! You have kept your mind focused on your problems and not on the problem solver. God is the only trustworthy problem solver and at the same time solution to all our challenges. The Bible says He will keep in perfect peace he whose mind in kept CONSTANTLY on Him. (Isaiah 26:3)

Learn to keep your focus on the Lord, and to wait on Him amidst all your challenges and to rest in Him and Him alone. Then He will keep you in perfect peace and eventually you will be surprised at how fast he sweeps away all your troubles without you loosing your peace.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding but in all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5).

But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings like eagles over all their troubles, enemies, fears, debts and so on (Isaiah 40:31).

Learn to enjoy your life as you wait on the Lord. Stop caving in worry and sadness, it has never done anybody any good, and so it won't to you. Trust in the Lord and do good.

Happy is the man who knows the Holy Spirit as the Spirit of the Living God, and who consequently has a real God. A God who lives to-day, a God upon whom he can depend on to-day to undertake for him, a God with whom he enjoys intimate, personal fellowship, a God to whom he may raise his voice in prayer and who speaks back to him. Who is that man? ☺

Gracious greetings to you all.

I am very much better from my ailment.

I am sorry about the fake news which today is to be expected. Please ignore it.

Best not to post anything without the source and certainty of what is said.

Fake news does not last very long but is a nuisance and embarrassment.

The good news is that Christ is with us in all things today, that everyone's sins can be forgiven, that God rescues the poor and oppressed, that God rewards those who are faithful, and most importantly that God loves you all.

Happy new month!
Did God do anything for you last month? 🤔 Cmon now, drop your testimony in the comments bellow and encourage someone who might be going through some dark times. Let them know that God is still faithful to all His promises and He is surely working out something good for them too- Halleluia!!! 😀

God has an individualised, customized, personalized plan for your life. As you trust Him, He will bring it to pass in His own timing, not yours! Waiting on God's plan and timing is wise because His ways are always best. He is the Lord of peace, and as you surrender your heart and life to Him, you will experience a peace that passes all understanding.

May we take a personal decision to trust God honestly today even when we do not see anything and to place our feeble hands in His strong hands. Trust God and do good - Psa 37:3

Christians receive joy that is a thousand times better than any of the pleasures of a sinful life. Receive Jesus today that your joy may also be complete.

1 TIMOTHY 2:1-4
I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people—for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.

We are instructed to pray for those in authority. It stands to reason that if people in positions of authority in a nation change to God's glory, then God has more liberty to move in that nation, so the devil's plans are thwarted and men are saved.

Notice that Paul said in 1Timothy 2:1, “...FIRST OF ALL...." That means we are to pray for all men and for all those in authority before we pray for ourselves or our own families. Praying according to the Word and putting first things first always produces results. Praying according to the latest spiritual "fad" that's not based firmly on the Word of God will never produce lasting or eternal results. As we pray for those in authority, the Bible says we will effect changes in the nations of this world “... that we may lead A QUIET AND PEACEABLE LIFE ...” (1Tim. 2:2).

But praying for those in authority doesn't mean we are to pray that the politicians in our favorite political party will be voted into office. We can't judge by political party alone which candidate is best to fill the leadership positions in our nation. In other words, we don't need to get involved with personalities in praying for our government; we just need to pray that the right candidate be elected to office. We may all have our opinion who is the right one for office, but only God knows for sure. Therefore, we just need to pray that God will have His way in the matter.

God wants us to pray for those in authority so there will be peace in our nations. Then we can preach the gospel undisturbed.

Psalm 118:24, "This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it."

Far too many people start their day in a panic—hitting the snooze button, running behind, forgetting things, and eating on the go. No wonder they feel stressed!

If you’ll take some time at the beginning of each day to spend some time with God, it will give you a solid foundation for the rest of the day. You can actually start fighting the stresses of the day before they even have time to set in by taking time to talk to God and to study His Word.

John 10:10 tells us that Jesus came in order that we “may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows).” What an amazing promise! God has given us the gift of life and He wants us to enjoy it.

The very best thing you can do to enjoy your life is to have a close, personal relationship with God. But in order to get there, it begins with spending time with Him. It’s really not that complicated—the more time you spend with someone, the closer you feel to them. That’s true with God, too. God doesn’t want to just be the button we push when we have an emergency. He wants to be your very bestfriend! Without that relationship, the truth is we will always be in an emergency.

It’s only with God in our lives, helping and protecting us, that we can decrease stress and enjoy life. It’s pretty amazing when you think about it—you and I get to spend as much time with God as we want. We have an open invitation to invite the Creator of the universe into our lives each day.

We can begin our morning speaking to Him personally and reading His promises and instructions. If you’re not already doing it, this is something you should absolutely add to your action plan.
May God make you smile today!

If you're in need of encouragement, look to God first. He will never tell you that you're not going to make it. He will never tell you that your case is hopeless or impossible. Instead, He will encourage you that all will be alright, that all things are possible in Him. He'll remind you that He loves you so much, and He gives you all the strength that you need to do all that He has called you to do! Trust God and do good.

Matthew 23:23-26

“Woe to you Scribes and Pharisees hypocrites!”

These harsh words from Jesus are directed at the religious leaders of the Jews.

Notice that it is a general condemnation of a group of persons who belong to the same “religious class”, or we could say to the same body of “religious professionals”.

Were all of them hypocrites? Probably not, but Jesus unsparingly attacks the errors and immoral tendencies in this group of supposedly exemplary and ‘holy’ leaders.

Their error is to emphasize tithing of foodstuffs instead of the “weightier matters” of justice mercy and faith.

Do we religious leaders today (that means all of us, lay and clergy) prioritize justice, mercy, and faith, whether within the church or in society? Or is it all about tithes and collections, religious observance and looking good? What are we afraid of?

There is a kind of spiritual life which is about externals, public prayers, loyalty to the church, titles and positions. These may be good, but can also hide internal corruption.

Jesus attacks the Pharisees because despite these externals, they shamelessly extort money from the flock, and are quite rapacious (merciless and greedy for money).

‘Cleanng the inside’ is what Jesus recommends to you and me. This is always the first call, everyday so that we have integrity in all we do.

The Lord be with you.

Today I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of you who has in one way or the other supported our ministry of Father Anthony Musaala and the Gospel Groovers.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us financially, spiritually, and in all other ways by sending us funds, downloading and purchasing our songs on the Yimba app, following us on this page and subscribing to our youtube channel (Father Anthony Musaala), liking, commenting, sharing all our posts, advising and loving us, encouraging us, and in a special way Praying for us. In all these ways and more you have been a very big blessing to us and we are so grateful to God for each one of you.

There is absolutely no way we would have done all this without your love and support.

In case you would like to support us in a special way and maybe you've been wondering how to go about it; there is a message button right on the page, tap on it and let us know your intention. We shall be glad to hear from you!

Otherwise, we encourage you to continue supporting us and working with us on this great mission of spreading the word of God to all nations in any way you feel led.

We love you deeply and we never cease praying for you earnestly for all your needs. We believe that God is working out something big in ways that we cannot see and surely a very big miracle is coming your way sooner than you know!

May God bless you and increase you.
