In the morning, LORD, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly. (Psalms 5:3)
Thank you Lord for the gift of a new day.
We pray for wisdom that is peaceable, gentle, and approachable, with lots of mercy and fairness. You said an unlimited supply of wisdom is available to us if we simply ask, so wepray for wisdom to know how to deal with the many people and situations that will cross our path today.
We pray for protection throughout this day; protect us from harm and evil; go before us, to the left and right of us and behind us. Order our steps so that we walk worthy of Your calling throughout this day. May we be attuned to Your promptings – whether it shows up as a gentle tug or a strong conviction.
We pray for reconciliation in families, in nations and to You. We pray that all may come to know You and be reconciled back to You.
In Jesus'name we pray,

Let us meditate on this Psalm today,
The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name's sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever. (Psalms 23:1-6)
Have a blessed day as you trust the good Shepherd.
Let us pray,
"if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." (2 Chronicles 7:14)
Great God and Heavenly Father, we thank You for this new day.
At times it feels like the whole world is changing, we praise You, Father – for You never change. We praise you, Lord Jesus, for You are the same yesterday, today and forever.
We ask You to come powerfully to our nation in these dark and difficult days. May You slow the spread of this virus throughout our land, and please protect the vulnerable from its deadly touch. Oh Lord, lay Your healing hands upon those who are now infected—please restore them to health and strength.
We ask you Lord, to draw close to the anxious hearts and troubled minds of those who now face great financial stress; please protect them and their families from long term economic damage and guide them day by day and step by step through this crisis.
May You give each one of us the calmness and wisdom we need to carry us, together, through the days, weeks and months ahead.
In Jesus name we pray,
Let's continue praying for our Nation.

Let us meditate on this Psalm.
You, God, are my God, earnestly I seek you; I thirst for you, my whole being longs for you, in a dry and parched land where there is no water. I have seen you in the sanctuary and beheld your power and your glory. Because your love is better than life, my lips will glorify you. I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name I will lift up my hands. I will be fully satisfied as with the richest of foods; with singing lips my mouth will praise you. On my bed I remember you; I think of you through the watches of the night. Because you are my help, I sing in the shadow of your wings. I cling to you; your right hand upholds me. Those who want to kill me will be destroyed; they will go down to the depths of the earth. They will be given over to the sword and become food for jackals. But the king will rejoice in God; all who swear by God will glory in him, while the mouths of liars will be silenced. (Psalm 63:1-11)
Have a blessed Friday.
When we sin, it has an effect upon us as well upon others. Sin robs us of Joy, takes away excitement because it causes us to lose the joy of our salvation.

Let us pray,
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. (Romans 15:13)
We thank You dear Lord for the gift of a new day.
Today, we ask You dear Lord to fill us with Your light and Your hope. And give us strength when we're weak, love when we feel forsaken, courage when we're afraid, wisdom when we feel foolish, comfort when we're alone, hope when we feel rejected, and peace when we're in turmoil.
In Jesus' name we have prayed,
Respect, understanding and protection (1 Pet. 3:1-7)
Peter appealed to the husbands, who are supposed to be the heads of their families to respect, understand and protect their wives. This is because women are the weaker sex. He was not meaning moral or intellectual inferiority. He was rather talking about their physical limitation. In Peter’s day and just like today, women were vulnerable to attacks like abuse, exploitation, injustices, etc. A family must be a place where not only a woman but every other member finds total protection and safety. Unfortunately many husbands and wives as well have turned their homes into battle fields. How safe are your family members in your hands?

Sunday Service- 16/08/2020.

The Bronze Snake (Numbers 21:4-9)
God Heals Us.
The tongue, the tongue, the tongue. James the Apostle noted that although this one member of the body may look so small, it can actually cause great destruction. While many people have tamed wild animals, very few, if any, have ever tamed the tongue. Join us today in our Midweek service as we seek to understand and know how to properly use this body part.
With Mr. Richard Lubega.
Let us pray,
All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the LORD, and all the families of the nations will bow down before him, for dominion belongs to the LORD and he rules over the nations.(Psalms 22:27-28)
Abba Father, we thank You for Your great power. We praise You for Your Truth. We’re grateful that You have set us free from the clutching grasp of sin and death. Would You be with Your people, extending Your grace, granting Your freedom, providing Your protection, and empowering with Your strength. We ask that You'd bring about an awakening of Your presence as never seen before. We ask that Your Name be proclaimed, that all plans to silence the Name of Jesus would be thwarted and crushed. We pray that many would come to know You as Lord and Savior, we pray that many would see Your Light, that You would open blind eyes and release those still imprisoned.
In Jesus name we have prayed,
Have a blessed day.
"It is written," he said to them, "'My house will be called a house of prayer,' but you are making it 'a den of robbers.'" (Matthew 21:13)

Let us pray,

Surely he will save you from the fowler's snare and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday." (Psalms 91:1-6)
Oh Lord, we are grateful for the night's rest.
Another day is ahead, and once again, we want to release our children that we love so incredibly much, straight into Your tender care. Because we know that’s the best place they could ever be. Thank You in advance for all that You have in store, for this day, for this season, and for their entire lives.
We ask for your wings, love and peace to cover them, for laughter and joy to fill their day and we pray that Lord You would teach them Your ways all days of their lives.
