I give all glory to God and I am extremely happy even when I really don't know what to tell you." Praise God for the work he is doing in the children.

peaceful is the person who embraces change and rests in Christ."
"Here is this man [Jesus] performing many signs. If we let him go on like this, everyone will believe in him, and then the Romans will come and take away both our temple and our nation." John 11:47-48
Change can be our friend or our foe. It depends on our need for control. If we have to be in control, then our need for control can control us. Thus, we have the opportunity to trust Christ in exchange for our need to control. We play God when we feel like we have to be all knowing, when only the Almighty is omniscient. Frustration will follow a faith that requires a perfectly controlled environment, but peaceful is the person who embraces change and rests in Christ.
The religious leaders were threatened by Jesus. His charisma, clear teaching and compelling character were competition to this gaggle of guys who sought to control the religious and political destiny of the nation. Yes, change is a threat to the status quo, because they feel like something better may replace their position and power. So, critics of change may create fear by promoting worst case scenarios to other insecure opponents of change. We shouldn’t be surprised if our belief in Jesus stirs up controversy. He is a threat to those who do not know Him.
“There are six things the Lord hates... A false witness who pours out lies and a person who stirs up conflict in the community” (Proverbs 6:16, 18).
Furthermore, Christ is a change agent. He changes the motivations of the human heart. Jesus introduces a joyless heart of greed--to a joy filled heart of generosity. The Holy Spirit sensitizes a self reliant heart, with one led by listening to the Lord. Our heavenly Father takes our heart that yearns for love, and lovingly takes us into His intimate care. Our life in Christ is not an add on to our old life, or even an extreme makeover. Salvation is a start over with our faith as our foundation.
Therefore, followers of Jesus need not be threatened by His desire for change. Similar to an effective athletic team or successful company constantly look for ways to change for the better, so we remain pliable in asking the Spirit to reveal areas of needed growth in our character. A Christian without change is sleeping with the enemy, but a Christian being changed by Christ is a threat to the enemy. What change is He calling you to not only accept, but initiate? Change wins!
“And he said: 'Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven'” (Matthew 18:3).
Heavenly Father, help me not to be threatened by change, but to invite Your life changing Spirit, into my life.

We are excited to share with all of you some pictures from the food project that we have started here at Abiding Life Church Uganda. Here are some pictures of the people eating the food on sunday after the service. We normally buy rice, beans and some times meat. The meals do change sometimes like posho and matooke. We also give maize flour to any one who does not have food to eat, and sometimes we give it to the whole church. Praise God for he cares about all of our needs.
[03/27/14] There's a time when a Father desires his children to sit at his feet and just wait for his command. Holy Spirit has directed us to release this word to many right now. Just wait on God and be patient, for His Rhema word shall come mightily.
The awakening will come, the revival will begin when the church stops grumbling with each other, stops debating each other and just cries out to God to shake our nation. The lost needs what we have. They don't need to see a people divided amongst themselves. They need to see a people unified!
If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14
[02/13/14] Nothing last forever. So live it up, drink it down, laugh it off, avoid the drama, take chances and never have regrets because at one point everything you did was exactly what you wanted
[02/12/14] If you have no strength, no energy, no ability to move the mountain in your path, rejoice. It was never going to be moved by your strength and power, but by you speaking words of faith and watch the glory of God manifest as you command and demand the mountain to move.
[01/27/14] we had a nice sunday service , alot of people were blessed
Pastor Kenneth reaching out and bringing smiles to the children in the community in MagaMaga. We were there that day to help Bachi clinic reach the people in the community. Pastor Kenneth does so much more than just work with the people at his church. His love for God and God's love in him shines. He counseled with many people that day and it was great to watch him with all the people he helped that day.
Matthew 25:40 (KJV)
40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
