WORLD Prayer Warriors' Mission-Africa

A platform where rural and Urban Ministries can collaborate, network, share and co-exist in promoting the gospel at all levels

Gospel preaching is a neutral core activity for many NGOs operating in Uganda including; Support Transformation Effort Program (STEP-UG), Focus Foundation International Ministries (FFIM), Multiple savers’ scheme Uganda, RCRC, Motivational Empire, Elders’ forum Bulambuli, Namulondo Childrens’ Foundation, Mama Childrens’ Foundation, Rescue Mission Africa, Youth of Uganda (YOU), Agape love foundation and Zion Ministry for the Youth among the many. All these NGOs are fully registered and permitted to operate in Uganda by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, NGO Board. It has been the efforts of those NGOs to establish what we call; “World Prayer Warriors’ Mission-Africa” (WPWM-A). The Mandate of this programme is to promote gospel networking and bridging the gap between Urban and Rural Ministries in terms of development, information sharing, learning and co-existence in various aspects.

Bible Passage: Joshua 1:1-5

Now after the death of Moses the servant of the Lord it came to pass, that the Lord spake unto Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' minister, saying,

2 Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel.

3 Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses.

4 From the wilderness and this Lebanon even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your coast.

5 There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

Meditation: Deuteronomy 1:21
Behold, the LORD thy God hath set the land before thee: go up and possess it, as the LORD God of thy fathers hath said unto thee; fear not, neither be discouraged.

There are certain inheritances waiting to be claimed by you. What are these possessions? They are things Heaven had registered in your name but you are yet to collect like every promise by God that is yet pending; every boundary destiny set for you to occupy, every allocation yet unpossessed (e.g. good spouse, children, jobs, etc). The children of Israel couldn't enter the promised land until Joshua came and God showed him how the Israelites should possess it.

God said "No man shall be able to stand before you all your life; as I was with Moses, so lam with you. You will possess every place that the soles of your feet shall tread on" Joshua 1:3-5. The formula is to put the soles of your feet on it. While in the physical, you receive with your hands; the feet are used to possess things in the spirit and then it begins to manifest physically with time. Henceforth, begin to possess every divine allocation in Jesus name. Walk into your possessions!

Prayer Points:
In Jesus' name, I walk in the spirit and take hold of everything I am yet to possess!

All unseen forces holding my goods, I possess my inheritances by my feet in Jesus' name!

Mighty God, by Your grace on my life, I possess what is mine in Jesus' mighty name!

Jesus, let Your precious blood continually speak for me as I await Your return in Your name!

Prophetic Declaration for the Day: This year is your year of possessing your possession!

THE BIBLE IN ONE YEAR PLAN: Mark 13, Hosea 7, 8

But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth (Acts 1:8). Many of God’s people need to know how to activate the power of God in them for an effective life and ministry. Paul said to Timothy, “Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands” (2 Timothy 1:6). It’s your responsibility to stir up the gift of God in you to produce results. The Lord Jesus said you shall receive power after the Holy Ghost has come on you (Acts 1:8). He’s in you now that you’re born again, which means His power is in you. However, if you want to see the release of the power of God in your life, the first thing you must learn to do is declare God’s Word boldly and in faith. The Word of God is God; His Word is where the glory is. Therefore, as you meditate on the Word and speak it forth, you create an atmosphere for the miraculous in, and around you. Another sure and quick way to activate and energize your spirit for the power in you to be effective is speaking or praying in tongues. When you pray in tongues, your spirit is stirred; the power of God wells up like currents from your spirit. That power works on your mind such that you’re transported to the higher realms of the supernatural. 1 Corinthians 14:4 says the one who speaks in tongues edifies himself; he charges up himself like a battery. When a car battery is left inactive for a while, you’d need to charge it again to restore it to an effective state. In the same way, the power of God in your spirit can be dormant and inactive except you “charge up” your spirit and get it perpetually active by speaking in tongues. Speaking in tongues works in conjunction with the Word to build your spirit and activate the power of God in you for the life of success and dominion.

[04/14/18]   what is prayer altar?
1. It is the altar of testimonies – Those who pray always will have testimony. Prayer is the processing plant for testimony.
2. It is the altar for speed accomplishment – Abraham’s servant enjoyed divine speed after he prayed to God. Rebecca came out and did everything as the servant prayed (Genesis 24:12-27)
3. It is the altar of strength – Men of prayer are men of supernatural strength (Luke 22:40-43)
4. It is the altar of sanctification – The more you look at God in prayer, the more you look like Him. If you keep seeking the face of God in prayer, your desire for sin will disappear. In all probability, the more prayerful you are the more sanctified you become (Luke 9:28-29, Malachi 3:3)
5. It is the altar of possibilities – God is the God of possibilities. When you pray and stay on the altar you will see the glory and get the answers (Jeremiah 32:27, Mark 10:27, Mark 9:23)
6. It is the altar that alters things – It is the control room to press switches for change. Elijah prayed and there was no rain for three years. He prayed again and rain came (James 5:17-18)
7. It is the altar of visions and revelations – Men of prayers are men of visions and revelations. Where these don’t exist, you have confusion and uncertainties (Proverbs29:18, Habakkuk 2:1-2, Acts 10)
8. It is the altar of dominion – it is the winning altar; you have dominion over all, including dominion over sin. It is a set platform to take charge of your day and life in general. Jesus would pray in the night and in the morning have dominion over affairs of the day (Luke 5:15-16, Luke 6:12-13)

9. It is the altar of divine direction – Through prayer you obtain guidance and divine direction. Jesus was never trapped because He was always led and guided by God. It is wisdom to be led than to be delivered (Psalm 32:8, Isaiah 48:17)
10. It is the altar of grace – You obtain favour and mercy at the altar of prayer. Nehemiah prayed for mercy and favour before the King and God granted him. The king released him to go and rebuild the city of Judah (Hebrews 4:16, Nehemiah 1:4-11, Nehemiah 2:1-8)It is the altar of revival – Every revival is birth and sustained at the altar of prayer. When God moves, everything moves (Joel 2:28-32, acts 4:24-31, Acts 5:12-16)

[03/05/18]   In James 5:16, the Bible says, “The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man make tremendous power available [dynamic in its working]’’ (James 5:16 AMP). The prayer is earnest and heartfelt, devoid of external influences or distractions.
Always withdraw to a quite or closed place.

[02/28/18]   We shall give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the Word.
(Acts 6: 4)
Acts 6:4 Meanwhile, we'll stick to our assigned tasks of prayer and speaking God's Word."
The assignment upon every minister is to pray and minister the Word.the pattern drawn by the spirit is prayer and ministering the Word not the opposite. If a man is preaching more than he prays. He has defiled the order of the spirit.many people have delegated prayer but not preaching.they feel praying is for others and preaching is for them. You are not great because you preach but because you pray.Prayer is the greatest virture in ministry.Men and women who don't pray speak a lot of themselves on the pulpit but not of Christ.A man who prays speaks Christ much.If prayer fails, direction is lost.many people have gone to serve tables and left the Noble course. If you are a minister of the gospel, you can never be too busy to pray. What is going to open doors for the Word is praying.

[02/26/18]   God planned for your existence in life, you are not an accident. He has a great plan for you to accomplish His purpose. The true joy of life is being in the purpose driven life of God,it motivates your life in every moment,it produces passion, peace and creates an eternal legacy.

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6–7). Worry about nothing; pray about everything.

Everything? Yes, God wants us to talk to Him about everything. How often should we pray? The biblical answer is “pray without ceasing” (1 Thessalonians 5:17). We should keep a running conversation going with God all day long. Some find the ACTS formula of prayer helpful, but there is really no special formula for how to pray in the Bible. We should just do it. We can pray under any and all circumstances. Prayer develops our relationship with God and demonstrates our trust and utter dependence upon Him.

Prayer is the Christian’s way of communicating with God. We pray to praise God and thank Him and tell Him how much we love Him. We pray to enjoy His presence and tell Him what is going on in our lives. We pray to make requests and seek guidance and ask for wisdom. God loves this exchange with His children, just as we love the exchange we have with our children. Fellowship with God is the heart of prayer. Too often we lose sight of how simple prayer is really supposed to be.

When we make petitions to God, we let God know exactly where we stand and what we would like to see happen. In our prayers, we must admit that God is greater than we are and ultimately knows what is best in any given situation (Romans 11:33–36). God is good and asks us to trust Him. In prayer, we say, essentially, “Not my will, but your will be done.” The key to answered prayer is praying according to the will of God and in accordance with His Word. Prayer is not seeking our own will but seeking to align ourselves with the will of God more fully (1 John 5:14–15; James 4:3).

“…We will give our attention to prayer AND the ministry of the word.” (Acts 6:4 NIV) So many people just turn their attention to studying the Word. They think by much studying, they will attain all the wisdom they need.

Prayer is the divine instrument to unlock the mystery of the Word by the power of the Spirit! Prayer is that mechanism, that component, that key that switches on the revelation of what we are to study and enables us to then receive what is ‘rhema’ to us so that we can build our lives upon that which is solid and strong to us and not just a generic ‘blanket word’ to all!

The Word and prayer both move together in a Christian life..
And God is interested in getting you through whatever opposes growth through prayer, because what you do directly or indirectly affects everybody else around you. His answering prayer in your life automatically answers prayer in other people’s lives around you. So it’s actually impossible for you to walk in the benefit of prayer in the Word without those around you receiving the benefit of that!

Once "great multitudes came together to hear Him, and to be healed of their infirmities".....Then came the remark, "Jesus Himself constantly withdrew into the desert, and there He prayed"...Why??
Jesus knew that prayer was more potent than "service "

We say we are too busy to pray. But the busier our Lord was, the more He prayed. Sometimes He had no leisure so much as to eat. (Mark 3:20); and some times He had no leisure for needed rest and sleep (Mark6:31).Yet He took time to pray.

Prayer is important.✔✔!!!!!!!!
Don't be too tired to pray. And don't think that prayer is for those who don't know what to do,or is a waste of time.
When you don't pray you will be like a blind person but when you close your eyes to pray to God then you will see..
In the place of prayer,
You receive impartation from the holy spirit.
You receive Visions from the holy spirit.
You receive guidance from the holy spirit.
Don't miss prayer, however much busier and exhausted you were in a day..

You Are Highly Favored Because Of Jesus!

The Bible tells us that God has made us “accepted in the Beloved” (Ephesians 1:6). The “Beloved” here refers to Jesus and the word “accepted” in the original Greek text means “given special honor” or “highly favored.”

My friend, because you have Jesus who is God’s Beloved, and you are found in Him, you are also God’s beloved son or daughter, deeply loved and highly favored by Him!

Now, because you are highly favored by God in the Beloved, you can expect to have favor with your spouse, children, colleagues, clients and yes, even your in-laws!

When you speak, people listen. When you step into a room, it lights up. Everything you touch is blessed and increased.

Beloved, as the apple of God’s eye, expect good things to happen to you each day. Expect divine protection because His favor surrounds you like a shield. Expect every need to be met by the One who highly favors you. Expect good, because you are precious in His eyes!

In the last hours of Jesus' life,He had stops to make. One stop would be in a garden in Gethsemane .He would plead and pray to His Father .It would be Here where we would have the chance to see the humanity of Jesus revealed, but the will of His father would prevail.

Why did Jesus need to pray yet He was God or the son of God?

Even though Jesus was the son of God,He still knew the importance of dependence. Jesus was not dependant on any man,but was fully dependent on the strength of His Father.

Jesus took three of His closest friends with Him.(mark 37,40-41)How dependable were they?
They could sleep instead of standing together in prayers with Jesus.
In Isaiah 53:6 says,"We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way;& the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all"

The scriptures says,

“Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord , And whose hope is the Lord . For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, Which spreads out its roots by the river, And will not fear when heat comes; But its leaf will be green, And will not be anxious in the year of drought, Nor will cease from yielding fruit.
Jeremiah 17:7‭-‬8 NKJV

Jesus was condemned by an illegal trial for doing nothing wrong .The same crowds that cheered Him earlier wanted Him killed.

Have you been deserted by friends, relatives & remaining lonely? Turn to God Almighty, He is your help when no one is coming in to rescue or help you!!

God "wonderd that there was no intercessor"
This is a striking thought!
The boldness of the idea ought surely to arrest the attention of every earnest Christian man, woman and child. That was in the days of the old testament, before the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ "full of Grace and truth"-before the outpowering of the holyspirit "full of Grace and Power,"helping our infirmity," "Himself interceding for us and in us"(Rom8:26).Yes,before the truly amazing promises of our saviour regarding prayer, before men knew very much about prayer;in the days when sacrifices for their sins loomed larger in their eyes than supplication for other sinners.
Oh! how great is God's wonder today!Everyone of us would confess that we believe in prayer, yet how many of us believe in the power of prayer?
The Lord Jesus marvelled at the unbelief of some-unbelief which actually prevented Him from doing any mighty work in their cities(mark6:6).
Prayer touches God to release His floodgates of blessings....

He JESUS, said in John 16:33 "These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."
How was His victory important to us?
Because it was not His but our victory, everything He ever did was not His but ours. Thats why through Apostle John in
1John 5:4 He says that; "For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world--our faith".
And in Revelation 12:11 He testifies to us that; "And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony......"
Meaning that His blood or the work on the cross has purchased for us victory which we have to believe and testify to by faith. And by virtual of being born of God it makes us like Him in every aspect no wonder, He calls us gods in psalms 82:6 and as He is so are we in this world 1john 4:17 and therefore, because He is victorious we are also victorious in Him.
Determine not to live like a victim but a victor by believing, confessing, and living a victorious life in the force of opposition in Jesus' name.
