Arrival is on Friday 11th March, 2016 at 5:00pm.
- Orientation and the opening session will take place that very evening.
Full business will take place on Saturday 12th March, 2016.
Departure will be on Sunday 13th March, 2016 morning (after Breakfast).
This conference will handle three major items:
1. The report from NEXCO for the ending term of office 2012-2015 (Presentation and Discussion).
2. Election of new NEXCO Office bearers { National Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer, Publicity Secretary, Projects Coordinator, Women and Youth Representative)
NB. The Women and Youth Representatives may be elected by their respective councils.
The respective Desks will make a backup communication when set.
3. Way forward for CWM Uganda
Facilitation:
1. The National Office will cater for
β’ Accommodation and meals for all delegates
β’ Transport of the NEXCO members and National Staff members.
2. The Dioceses will arrange for transportation of their respective delegates
