[05/13/20]   #Forgiveness!!

Even though you may want to move forward in your life, you may have one foot on the brakes. In order to be free, we must learn how to let go. Release the hurt. Release the fear. Refuse to entertain your old pain. The energy it takes to hang onto the past is holding you back from a new life. What is it you would let go of today?

[05/11/20]   It's a good thing to sacrifice whatever God has given you- for others. I feel someone at some point sacrifices his/her life praying for me, interceeding, etc etc and asking God Almighty to bless me.
Although I’m seldom aware enough to see it, the greater cost regarding that which I possess was not what I paid for it, but what someone along the way sacrificed so that I might have the opportunity to pay for it.
And that's why I MUST carry on with the blessings as I sacrifice for others.

[05/08/20]   “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.” (Jeremiah 33:3) “He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.” (Psalms 91:15-16) “And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.” (Psalms 50:15) “Thou hast heard, see all this; and will not ye declare it? I have shewed thee new things from this time, even hidden things, and thou didst not know them.” (Isaiah 48:6) “Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.” (Isaiah 55:6-7) “Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. (Jeremiah 29:12-13) Those who expect to receive comforts from God must call upon him. Promises are given, not to do away, but to quicken and encourage prayer. These promises lead us to the gospel of Christ, and in that God has revealed the truth to direct us, and peace to make us easy. All who by sanctifying grace are cleansed from the filth of sin, by pardoning mercy are freed from the guilt. When sinners are thus justified, washed, and sanctified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Holy Spirit, they are enabled to walk before God in peace and purity. Many are led to perceive the real difference between the people of God and the world around them and to fear the Divine wrath. It is promised that the people who were long in sorrow, shall again be filled with joy. Where the Lord gives righteousness and peace, he will give all needful supplies for temporal wants; and all we have will be comforts, as sanctified by the word and by prayer.

[05/07/20]   #Persistance

Sometimes I hesitate to share important things because... I don’t think people will care about them as much as I do. And then when I do share, the things are out there to be judged, or never thought about again. And I can't decide which outcome is worse.
But then I realise I must persist- because I have an inner drive AND NOT an external drive.
Yes, your persistent actions are the bridge between your mind and matter, between the inner and the outer.
Do what you’ve been called to do. Do it with grit, do it with courage, do it with boldness and faith, and do it every day for the rest of your life.

Please pastor if you MUST pastor, teach if you MUST teach. Give, help, encourage, support, interceed, pray, welcome etc etc etc- if you MUST do so; and this good God will never leave you the same!
Blessings***

[04/26/20]   CHARACTER IS SOMETHING VERY MUCH IMPORTANT!!!!
Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. It's not something that you buy; it is not a commodity that can be bartered for; it is not a quality suited for only the rich and famous; rather, character is built upon the foundational commitment of love, honesty, and compassion for others.
Even as you pray for anything, mind your character.
Our God is smart

[04/23/20]   Don't give up. And dream big, even when you own nothing.
Big dreamers become big winners. Feed your dreams, not your nightmares.
Don't just chase your dreams, overtake them.
When all seems to be against you, remember, a ship sometimes has to sail against the current, not with it.

[08/26/18]   The real test of sincerity is to see whether a person will help you even if he knows he will get nothing in return from you. The truth is anyone can help when there’s something to gain in return; but to help when there’s nothing to be gained shows true love & a beautiful heart!

[04/15/18]   Don't be foolish and expose every blessing of your life to everyone and think that they’ll be happy for you. Some will, but many won’t. The evil eye is real. Learn to keep things private and not to share too much with those who could possibly harm you.

[12/14/17]   Isaiah 61:3 says He will give us "beauty instead of ashes," but many people want to hold on to their ashes, the cinders of the past, as reminders of their shortcomings and failures. I encourage you to let go of your ashes and reach for something new.
Too many people live in the past, feeling like they'll never have another chance. Do you need a second chance? Ask God for a second chance or a third, fourth or fifth—whatever you need. God is full of mercy and long-suffering. His loving-kindness never fails or comes to an end.

[11/25/17]   Always have your feet firmly planted on the ground and stay humble. Don’t look down on others, no matter how less well-off they appear. Remember, the one you look down on today might be the person you have to look up to tomorrow. Such is life!

[09/10/17]   Oasis of Trust
Jeremiah 17:7-8
“But blessed are those who trust in the LORD and have made the LORD their hope and confidence. They are like trees planted along a riverbank, with roots that reach deep into the water. Such trees are not bothered by the heat or worried by long months of drought. Their leaves stay green, and they never stop producing fruit” Jeremiah 17:7-8 (NLT).
One of my favorite similes in the Bible is the comparing of God’s people to trees planted along a riverbank (also see Psalm 1:1-3).
One of the most beautiful things I’ve ever experienced is an oasis springing from the dry, barren wilderness. After miles and miles of nothing but desert wasteland, this beautiful oasis rose up like a breath of fresh air on a stifling hot afternoon. It was so breathtaking that I could almost taste the shade of those magnificent palm trees—even before I reached them.
God’s people are like that oasis in the desert—drinking deeply of the Living Water, firmly planted in the Truth, providing not only shade and security, but also producing sweet, succulent fruit.
I long to be that oasis in the desert. I long to drink of God’s living water. I long to produce the sweet fruits of the Spirit. I long to reflect God’s unfailing love to a world that’s lost in a desert of hate and sin.

[07/05/17]   KNOW THIS!

If you cannot thank God for what you have now, you are not qualified to experience what He has in store for you. It's when God sees the deep gratitude from your heart, not just on your lips, that He can move you to a higher altitude. The next time you want to murmur or complain about that little room, that small income, those children you call troublesome... thank God instead for what He can, and will do to turn situations around for you. Things always work for the one whose heart is never void of genuine gratitude.

I thank God for you

[07/01/17]   MY DEAR; DON'T GIVE UP---Glory is Just Around the Corner
1 Peter 4:12-13
“Friends, when life gets really difficult, don’t jump to the conclusion that God isn’t on the job. Instead, be glad that you are in the very thick of what Christ experienced. This is a spiritual refining process, with glory just around the corner” 1 Peter 4:12-13 (MSG).
This passage speaks peace in these troubled times; it brings hope to all who are struggling, to all who are asking, “Where is God in all this pain and suffering?”
These two verses assure us that in our darkest moments—when the world seems to be pounding on our door, demanding our flesh—that God is there with us.
I love how this passage takes us back to the life of Christ as our example; and, if we examine the darkest moments in His life, we see that in the garden as He was praying and crying out to God that Jesus was not alone; God was right there with Him—and glory was just around the corner.
The truth is that the refining process in our lives can be difficult, and sometimes it feels like we are passing through the fire, but take heart in those moments because these verses give us hope that on the other side of that trial, on the other side of that difficulty, there is beauty and glory.
What a beautiful Scripture to memorize. What a wonderful hope to hold on to—the hope of “glory just around the corner.”
TAKE HEART.... YOU ARE YET TO CELEBRATE!!

[06/30/17]   When Trouble Comes
Nahum 1:7
“The LORD is good, a strong refuge when trouble comes. He is close to those who trust in him” Nahum 1:7 (NLT).
This verse gives me great comfort. It’s so wonderful to know that when trouble comes God is my refuge—my hiding place. Notice that it doesn’t say, “If trouble comes,” or “trouble might come,” or perhaps, “trouble may lurk in your general area;” no, it says, “WHEN trouble comes.”
We live in a world full of trouble, and God does not promise that trouble will never touch our lives; instead, He promises to be our strong refuge when it does. This is an amazing promise! God Himself promises be our safe place, our shelter, our refuge, when the troubles of life come knocking at our door. When we put our trust in God, He is our place of refuge during life’s difficult times.
I love how God tells us exactly what to expect in life—trouble. He doesn’t sugar coat it by saying that life will be mostly rainbows and unicorns with the occasional small problem; no, He says, “Hard times are coming, but don’t be afraid because I—your God—will be your strong refuge. I will be close to you when times get tough. I will be your strength when you are weak.”
No, God doesn’t promise that everything will be perfect in our lives, but He does promise to be with us and to be our strength and refuge through those difficult times.
I don’t know about you, but I find that extremely comforting.

[06/27/17]   Some of us get ashamed of spreading the gospel of CHRIST Jesus.
Let me tell you; as for me Jesus is peace to my life.
And knowing very well that Christ is the Prince of Peace and that He sends us out to be peacemakers, I am not ashamed of the Gospel.
So, I can proudly say; Praise the Lord (Yesu Yebazibwe),
O Christ to His word;says I have not come to bring peace, but a sword because I know that the Gospel which is the sword of the Spirit—is the Good News,
“it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes” (Romans 1:16)..

General information

The following GYCO-I statement of faith is an affirmation of our commitment to the Christian faith and identifies the biblical truths and practices by which we will conduct our financial and other business operations. We will conduct an annual review of this statement to reaffirm our commitment to the biblical truths and practices herein. In addition, we will establish methods to ensure that the financial and other operations of the ministry are conducted in a manner which reflects these biblical truths and practices. Our doctrinal statement is founded upon a Christian worldview which holds as axioms that God exists, God reveals Himself, the Bible is God’s Word, and Jesus Christ is God’s Son. -We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God. - We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. -We believe in the deity and humanity of Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, in His present rule as Head of the Church and in His personal return in power and glory. - We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful men regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential. - We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life. -We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation. - We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ, with equality across racial, gender, and class differences. .................................................... -WE NEED GREAT HELP IN RAISING OUR VISION TO SUPPORT ORPHANS AND THE NEEDY. -WE ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE ALL NECCESSARY ACCOUNTABILITY OF SPONSORSHIPS DONE (MONTHLY OR TERMLY) IN UGANDA TO THE CHILDREN. -ONE PERSON CAN SUPPORT ONE CHILD OR MANY CAN SUPPORT ONE OR MANY. -YOUR PRAYERS ARE GREATLY NEEDED. -WE BELIEVE IN GOD AND HAVE THE HEART TO RAISE CHILDREN. -A SCHOOL IS NEEDED: (SO WE NEED INVESTORS). -ADOPTION OF CHILDREN IS ALLOWED WITH OUR CHILDREN. -ONE TIME GIFTS ARE INVITED TOO. -AN ORPHANAGE HOME; BIBLE COLLEGES AND RECREATIONAL GROUNDS ARE NEEDED. THANKS YOU FOR THE INTEREST IN HELPING AND BECOMING PART OF US.
