Right Standing With God Is A Gift
ROMANS 3:24 NLT 24 Yet God, with undeserved kindness, declares that we are righteous. He did this through Christ Jesus when he freed us from the penalty for our sins.
Righteousness is right standing, or good standing with God. It does not mean human "perfection." You are righteous because God says you are.
You may wonder about Romans 3:10 which says no one is righteous. Yes, it does say that, but it is quoting an Old Testament passage to prove that both Jews and Gentiles were guilty before God and needed salvation. It immediately goes on to say in the next few verses (see verses 22 and 24) that now we can be righteous through faith in Jesus Christ.
2 CORINTHIANS 5:19a,21 NLT 19 For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people's sins against them. 21 For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ.
TITUS 3:5 NLT 5 he saved us, not because of the righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He washed away our sins, giving us a new birth and new life through the Holy Spirit.
Righteousness is a gift from God -- not something you can earn or achieve. God simply declares you are innocent, as far as He is concerned, because of your faith in Jesus.
ROMANS 3:22 NLT 22 We are made right with God by placing our faith in Jesus Christ. And this is true for everyone who believes, no matter who we are.
ROMANS 10:10 NLT 10 For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved.
GALATIANS 2:16 NLT 16 Yet we know that a person is made right with God by faith in Jesus Christ, not by obeying the law. And we have believed in Christ Jesus, so that we might be made right with God because of our faith in Christ, not because we have obeyed the law. For no one will ever be made right with God by obeying the law."
The only way to have good standing with God is by accepting His gift -- Jesus Christ.
1 CORINTHIANS 1:30 NLT 30 God has united you with Christ Jesus. For our benefit God made him to be wisdom itself. Christ made us right with God; he made us pure and holy, and he freed us from sin.
ROMANS 5:17 NLT 17 For the sin of this one man, Adam, caused death to rule over many. But even greater is God's wonderful grace and his gift of righteousness, for all who receive it will live in triumph over sin and death through this one man, Jesus Christ.
SAY THIS: No one can be right with God based on their own performance. It is available only as a gift.
Tell satan Where To Go
MATTHEW 4:10 NLT 10 "Get out of here, Satan," Jesus told him. "For the Scriptures say, 'You must worship the Lord your God; serve only him.' "
Jesus spoke directly to the devil -- and so must you.
Many Christians think they should pray about the devil and ask God to deliver them from his attacks. But the Bible is clear -- God has given the authority to believers to resist the devil.
You must control the devil, or he will control you!
Unless you exercise the authority delegated to you by Jesus Christ, the devil will wreak havoc in your life, and everywhere he is allowed to.
LUKE 10:19 NKJ 19 "Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
Praying to God to stop the devil's operations is no different than my son asking me to take out the trash, after I have told him to do it.
God told us to resist the devil and he would flee. We must believe and act on God's Word.
EPHESIANS 4:27 NKJ 27 nor give place to the devil.
Would God tell us not to let the devil have any place, if we had no say about it? If the devil does have a place in our affairs, it's because we allowed it.
JAMES 4:7 NKJ 7 Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.
We must first submit to God, because we are not greater in power than the devil. But submitted to God in Christ Jesus, the devil must back off when we resist him and his works.
SAY THIS: In the Name of Jesus, I command you devil to leave me, my family, and my property alone! Be gone!
Talk To Things
MARK 11:23 NKJ 23 "For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, `Be removed ....
Too many people think of the Bible only as a Holy book to be revered. So they put it up on a shelf and make sure no one mistreats it.
But the Bible is a message from God. It gives us instruction for our benefit -- practical advice.
It's time to take the Bible down off the pedestal, read it, and act on its instructions.
Here is one seldom acted upon: talk to things.
The devil wants you to think it would be crazy to talk to things. But it's not.
Jesus did it. He talked to sickness. He talked to the storm and told it to be still. He talked to dead bodies and commanded them to get up. He talked to trees. And He talked to the devil and told him to get behind him.
Jesus talked to things. You should too.
You should talk to fear and worry. You should talk to confusion. You should talk to lack. You should talk to sickness. You should talk to the devil. Tell them to leave. Tell them to "be removed."
LUKE 17:6 NKJ 6 So the Lord said, "If you have faith as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, `Be pulled up by the roots and be planted in the sea,' and it would obey you.
SAY THIS: Jesus said I can talk to things. So I speak to everything that is of the devil and command it to get out of my life now!
Adorn the Doctrine of God
“…Not pilfering, but showing all good faith, so that in everything they may adorn the doctrine of God our Savior.” (Titus 2:10 ESV)
True faith is having a personal relationship with God through the person of Jesus Christ. Christianity is not a list of dos and don’ts or just an intellectual belief in the tenets of the Christian faith. We have been born again to a living hope, a relationship with the risen Savior who literally lives in and through the life of believers.
That being the case, Scripture exhorts us to be good examples of what we proclaim: “Only let your manner of life be worthy of the gospel of Christ, so that whether I come and see you or am absent, I may hear of you that you are standing firm in one spirit, with one mind striving side by side for the faith of the gospel” (Philippians 1:27 ESV).
If we are to be effective, our daily conduct cannot contradict what we say we believe in.
We live in a difficult environment, and it is critical we work at staying away from every form of evil. In fact, we are told to live in such a way “that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation. Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky” (Philippians 2:15 NIV).
How many times have we heard the saying, “Everyone else is doing it, so it must be okay”? We cannot forget that God’s view is the direct opposite of what the world says is okay. The world’s opinion does not count. We are playing to one audience: God.
It is good for us to remember, “Where is the wise person? Where is the teacher of the law? Where is the philosopher of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world?” (1 Corinthians 1:20 NIV).
“For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God’s sight. As it is written: ‘He catches the wise in their craftiness.’ ” (1 Corinthians 3:19 NIV)
The more we read the Word of God, the more we realize the truth of these statements. As we allow the transforming work of the Word to become reality in our lives, then we become people who adorn the doctrine of God.
Today, ask yourself:
Am I a good advertisement for the kingdom by adorning the doctrine of God with my life?
To Die Is Gain
PHILIPPIANS 1:21-23 NKJ 21 For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain. 22 But if I live on in the flesh, this will mean fruit from my labor; yet what I shall choose I cannot tell. 23 For I am hard pressed between the two, having a desire to depart and be with Christ, which is far better.
A Christian should not be afraid to die. Dying is a promotion for a Christian into a better situation -- something to look forward to, not to dread.
Too many Christians are still controlled by the fear of death. It stops them from doing the will of God. Fear keeps them from walking in faith, because they are afraid to die.
For example, there are places where they say the Gospel of Jesus cannot be preached. According to their laws, it is punishable by death. But why should that stop Christians from obeying God's Word to preach the Good News about Jesus to every person?
The fear of death should never control our lives!
What a privilege and honor it would be to die for our wonderful Lord Jesus Christ! Instead of fearing that, we should rejoice about the idea, the possibility of it happening.
REVELATION 12:11 NLT 11 And they have defeated him by the blood of the Lamb and by their testimony. And they did not love their lives so much that they were afraid to die.
For us to always walk in total victory, we can't walk in fear.
HEBREWS 2:14-15 NKJ 14 Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, 15 and release those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.
Through His sacrifice Jesus set us free from bondage to the fear of death. Jesus removed the sting from death for us. Now death for us is just a promotion into a better place.
When someone who believes in Jesus Christ leaves their body in what we call death, they immediately go to be with Jesus in heaven.
And heaven is wonderful beyond your wildest expectation. No one who has gone to heaven would ever prefer to come back to earth. Heaven is vastly superior! You will love it!
SAY THIS: I have no fear of death.
Since the Final Tetrad Blood Moon during Sukkot of 2015, the revived Russian superpower has been bombing President Assad's rebels and ISIS insurgents in Syria, just across Israel’s northern border. This could lead to the War of Gog/Magog, especially now that Russia and Turkey have renewed their friendship.
As the US enters election day, many are questioning: who will be a better friend to Israel—Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton?
Both Trump and Clinton's children have married Jews and both have an understanding of the Jewish people and the tie to their Biblical Homeland, the Holy Land.
US presidential nominees, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump
Both candidates state that they support Israel, though Hillary backed the Iran Nuclear deal.
Clinton's vice-president pick, Senator Tim Kaine, boycotted Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu's speech to the US Congress in March, 2015. He also voted for the Iran nuclear deal, saying in September 2015 that "it achieved a dramatic improvement over the status quo that will improve global security for at least 15 years, and likely longer.”
Donald Trump's VP running mate, Senator Mike Pence said during a trade mission to Israel in December 2014, “When it comes to the United States of America, if the world knows nothing else, let it know this: America stands with Israel.”
The Supreme Leader of Iran in November, 2014 released a nine-point plan
to eliminate Israel. Iran is one of the nations mentioned in Ezekiel 38 that comes
against Israel in the War of Gog/Magog which most likely is led by Russia.
But is God's plan that the better friend to Israel become the next president of the United States?
Daily, the media is publishing Russia's aggression against the West. The situation in Syria is at a boiling point with both the US trying to depose Assad and Russia trying to protect him.
Hillary Clinton has stated that as president, she will enforce a no-fly zone in Syria, which would most likely force Russia into a war with the US within Syria. Would such a war be contained in Syria or would it trigger World War III or maybe even the War of Gog/Magog?
Two weeks ago, Russia tested its 100 ton thermonuclear Satan 2 missile (named so by NATO), just days after announcing permanent status of its airbase in Syria.
Russia is here to stay in the region, and rabbis here in Israel are sounding the shofar that end-time prophecies in Isaiah and Ezekiel’s 38's Russian-led invasion into Israel is on the horizon.
What part would President Hillary Clinton play in fulfilling these prophecies?

Clinton's global policies could easily set the stage for what we believe will come first in end-time events: Isaiah’s prophecy against Syria’s capital, Damascus:
“See, Damascus will no longer be a city but will become a heap of ruins. The cities of Aroer will be deserted and left to flocks, which will lie down, with no one to make them afraid.
"The fortified city will disappear from Ephraim, and royal power from Damascus; the remnant of Aram will be like the glory of the Israelites,” declares the Lord Almighty. “In that day the glory of Jacob will fade; the fat of his body will waste away.” (Isaiah 17:1–4)
Some say this prophecy was fulfilled in 732 BC. At that time, the Assyrians utterly defeated Damascus and deported its people. But the city revived, and over the last 2,700 years has been conquered and reoccupied many times—until Syria declared independence in 1946 and made Damascus its capital, again.
So what could cause Damascus today to become a heap of ruins?
With Russia protecting it, not much. But, as president, Clinton intends to declare a no-fly zone (NFZ) over Syria. That sounds like double protection for Damascus, until we look at what an NFZ really means.
One neighborhood at a time, Damascus is becoming a heap of rubble.

A no-fly zone requires dismantling Syria’s anti-missile defense systems, some of which are strategically protecting Syria’s stockpiles of chemical weapons and ammunition reserves under Damascus and around Syria.
In 2012, General Martin Dempsey, the former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, estimated that 70,000 US troops would be needed to “dismantle Syria’s sophisticated antiaircraft system and then impose a 24-hour watch over the country.” (New York Times)
General Dunford, current Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, testified in September to a Senate Armed Services Committe that in order to make a no-fly zone a reality today "for all of the airspace in Syria, it would require war against Syria and Russia. That’s a pretty fundamental decision that certainly I’m not going to make," he said. (Global Research)
Under Clinton's no-fly zone, we know that Russia will show its strength and continue flights in Syria. Would President Clinton shoot down a Russian jet, initiating a war? In her third presidential debate, she refused to directly answer this question.
We can see in such a scenario that Damascus would be entirely vulnerable and become a heap of rubble, just as Isaiah prophesied.
All of this is setting the stage for the War of Gog/Magog described in Ezekiel 38–39.
With Israel's new discoveries of offshore oil, she is certainly ripe for looting by a coalition led by Russia, with the help of Iran, as Ezekiel describes:
"On that day thoughts will come into your mind and you will devise an evil scheme. You will say, 'I will invade a land of unwalled villages; I will attack a peaceful and unsuspecting people—all of them living without walls and without gates and bars. I will plunder and loot and turn my hand against the resettled ruins and the people gathered from the nations, rich in livestock and goods, living at the center of the land." (Ezekiel 38:10–12)
Ezekiel 38:3–6 identifies the nations that will form the coalition
against Israel: Gog (Rosh in some translations), who many
believe is from modern Russia. Magog, Meshek, Tubal,
Gomer, and Beth Togarmah are possibly all within modern Turkey
or vicinity. Persia is modern Iran. Ethiopia (Cush) is now North Sudan.
and Put is modern Libya.
Donald Trump responded to Clinton’s no-fly plan, recently telling Reuters,
"You're going to end up in World War Three over Syria if we listen to Hillary Clinton....
"You're not fighting Syria any more, you're fighting Syria, Russia and Iran, all right? Russia is a nuclear country, but a country where the nukes work as opposed to other countries that talk," he added.
Indeed, the US, Russia, and Israel all have nuclear weapons, and soon Iran will, too.
Regardless of who uses them first, in such a small region as the Middle East, the desolation for Muslims and Jews alike will be incomprehensible.
Of course, no one is worried about Israel irresponsibly using such weapons against her enemies. Nevertheless, Israel's unofficial nuclear arsonal has been dubbed "The Samson Option" because like Samson of the Bible, if Israel is confronted in a no-win situation, it has been said that she will go down, taking her enemies with her. (Judges 16:30)

So who should Americans vote for during such prophetic and dangerous times for Israel?
Some say, "These things must happen. So bring them on!"
But God has clearly defined our responsibilities to Israel as well as His own.
God will be the One to set thoughts of invasion in the heart of a northern leader named Gog, which begins the war of Ezekiel 38. (38:3–4)
Everyone else is called to bless Israel (Genesis 12:3), and comfort her people (Isaiah 40:1)—not help usher in chaos and destruction for her, even if we think it may be God's plan to do so.
Here at the ministry of Bibles For Israel, we have only one goal, and that is to reach both Jews and non-Jews with the WORD OF GOD and His Love.
Let us all be united in blessing Israel with their salvation—militarily through a strong US President and Vice-President who support Israel—and spiritually by introducing them to the everlasting comfort and joy of their Messiah Yeshua (Jesus).
