[02/20/21] Hello EFCP. Because of our situation with regards to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we find it more convenient and safe to you and us here in the National office to transfer fund (10% contribution and other payments) through Gcash, Palawan Pawnshop Remittance or Bank to Bank transaction. Just send us a picture of your receipt and we will issue the official receipt and keep it temporarily (but will send you the picture thru messenger, viber etc.) until we are able to gather again. If this way is not applicable to you, you may still come directly to the office. Those who want to use the online transaction, just send us a message and we will give you the transaction details. Thank you very much.
To EFCP Pastors. Leaders and Churches:
The Leaders of Compassion Philippines International, the partners of many of our local churches in ministering to children especially in Cebu uncovered a scam where their name is being used to solicit funds. So let us be warned! Attached above is a copy of their letter.
FROM PASTOR DAVE RAMOS
Our Church Planting work in San Isidro, Bohol: Previously they were gathering in the Brgy. Hall ... then transfered to the school ... but becasue of persecution, they gather temporarily in a tent. A 300 square meter lot is available for them, they only need to pay the 150 square meters, the other half was donated by the member. (Updates from Ptr. Edgar & Eden Cabanig.)
San Francisco EFC, Agusan del Sur headed by Pastor Jun Olay had their baptism last Sunday, January 17, 2021 despite the recent flood that washed out the church and the community. 6 souls committed to follow Jesus.
Mindanao Regional Council Meeting with the president Rev. Dave Ramos.
To all EFCP Pastors, Leaders, and Local churches:
Grace and good health be with you all!
It has come to my attention that two of our local churches who resumed worshiping physically have to cancel future gatherings abruptly because some of their members were diagnosed to be second generation COVID-19 positive despite their strict observations of health protocols. This is a very sad news and let me ask you
to pray fervently for their healing.
In this regard I would like to encourage all local churches who are already having physical group gatherings not to put your guard down, instead be extra cautious in implementing COVID-19 protocols in your gatherings, and if necessary at any moment you found out anyone who has abnormal temperature or any other symptoms, to please stop your physical gatherings immediately.
Meanwhile, let us not stop praying to our Lord Almighty so that this pandemic will soon be gone, and that the right and effective vaccines will be administered to us the soonest possible time.
May the blood of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God cover us all!
Praying together with you,
Pastor Dave Ramos
This weekend our topic is "Discipling the Next Generation in the New Normal" with Rev. Nono Badoy.
God's original design is that children are nurtured in a family household built on love.
As we see in Deuteronomy 6:4-9 and in the Great Commission that discipleship is a priority. Now more than ever before, we see the importance of passing our faith to the next generation.
If you're a parent, pastor, children's ministry worker, or you have kids under you care, you don't want to miss this.
It's FREE but the slots are limited. Register now and reserve your slot.
[01/11/21] To our EFCP Family, other churches and organizations ... CAMP BATO is temporarily closed. We will be observing the Covid-situation here in Cebu for the next six (6) months. Thank you very much.
Please pray for Ptr. Bernel Bate of Libertad EFC in Agusan del Norte and Ptr. Jun Olay of San Francisco EFC in Agusan del Sur. They were affected by the flood right now and they have evacauted to a higher portion. As of 9pm, the water in Libertad EFC is already knee - high .
[12/08/20] Pls. Pray for our Bicol team. Pastor Dave , David James Ramos and Pastor David Ahumada. They will be leaving early tomorrow for the rehabilitation project. Thank you.
[11/26/20] The EFCP family deeply sympathizes, condoles with, and Prays for, our beloved co-worker Dr. Jose and Dra. Maria Cariaga and family in the passing on to glory of the mother of Doc Jose. God’s word says, “Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on. Yes, says the Spirit, they will rest from their labor, for their deeds will follow them.” (Rev. 14:13,14)
Relief Operation in Bicol.

Thank you very much for your help. The Bicol Team headed by Pastor Dave Ramos will be leaving very early tomorrow. Luzon Team headed by Pastor Jun Jornales are preparing the relief for our brothers, sisters and the community in Manila and surrounding areas.
Shout out to our volunteers. The Lord indeed is good even when the situation is not.
For those who are willing to help financially, please comment below.
Pls. Pray for our Pastors and members in Luzon especially Ptr. Edwin Dimailig. This is their situation early this morning.
Thoughts to ponder for all members of the family of God:
Who is it among us who leads to fight for divine truth, and does his best to correct those who propagate false teaching so that the rest of us will not be led astray?
Who is it at the forefront of praying for the lost and desires that they will come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior?
Who is it that disciplines himself for the purpose of godliness and seeks to progress in Christ-likeness so that he will be a good example for us and for those around us?
Who is it that spends time until the wee hours the next day to the study of God’s Word so that he’ll be able to expound it faithfully for our sakes?
Who is it that wear smiles, comforts and tries his best to encourage us but deep within his soul he is also carrying burdens of his own and his family?
Who is it that always rejoices with your parents when there are births, birthdays, graduations, and other milestones in the family, yet also first to sympathize and pray when there are sickness and death in the family?
Your answer is right!
He is your Pastor, and wait also his wife, and even his children.
So thank you so much that you appreciate him and them!
But, just in case you are the one who wants to make “bawi” do it any day this month because it’s
Pastors Appreciation Month!
Pastors, my family and I appreciates all of you!
And may “the LORD bless you and keep you;
The LORD make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
The LORD lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace.”
