Last night Pastor Clay Peterson de Olivera was inducted as a National Ordained Minister of PCANZ at St Andrew's.
The National moderator Rt Rev Fakaofo Kaio preached the sermon, Clay was welcomed by the moderator of Southern Presbytery, prayed for by members of Presbytery, and was presented with symbols of ministry by the Church Clerk and members of the Wakatipu Parish.
The congregation last Sunday taking part in the Arrowtown Autumn Festival service.
Deborah teaching last night at St Margaret's on Paul's Epistles as part of the New Testament series of lectures. Next Monday is the last one so come along...

Sadly we farewelled Pastor Joao and Tania on Sunday. They were presented with pounamu toanga in recognition of their work with us planting the Global congregation and we wish them God's blessings for their future ministry.

St Andrew's Elders held their final meeting together at the Church last week, inviting husbands and wives to join them for dinner.
Last Sunday at the Global Service these wonderful people produced the Christmas story as a shadow play.
Women in Touch recently sang carols at the Wakatipu Home and followed up with dinner together.
It's that time of year when good things take a break to be replaced by other good things. Last night was the final gathering of the study group at Ian and Amanda's. We will be back together in the new year.
