CHURCH CANCELLED. Due to the weather warnings, church is cancelled tomorrow
This just happened!! I am soo incredibly proud to say that Kai has just been baptised and will be confirmed tomorrow. This has been an extremely hard journey - one that has taken alot of love, patience and understanding. There was even a point that I wondered if Kai would ever choose this - but here we are and we could not be happier 😊
A massive thank you to those who came out to Games Night last night - it was lovely to see soo many there and having fun. ✨ Next Games Night will be the 6th March ✨ - and it will include an Ice Cream bar!! 🍦🍨 So mark the date in your diaries now!
Good afternoon everyone! Is there anyone that could give Martyn Birch a lift to Margaret Mackinnon funeral on Friday 30th August? Please message me if you can ASAP. Thanks, Carol Hawkins.
Hi Church family the Rabes and myself did the cleaning earlier today Brother Gooch came in to see us as well The Rabes unable to attend Games night this Friday so someone else will have to do Games night
Hello brothers and sisters, I'm a member of the Church since 2007 and this time I would like to ask for your help. I've been fighting a Lymphoma for ten years but unfortunately, conventional treatments are no longer working. My best chance would be a private hospital that offers the treatment that could save my life, however this treatment costs over £40,000 for three months plus travel, consultation and follow up costs. The only option I have left is to try and fund the treatment myself and hopefully I will get the life-saving treatment I need. If you could please help with anything you can, donate, share, I'd be forever grateful for any contribution you can make. Thank you so much!
Is there Church service going on today?
Hello who is admin on this page please? 😁

Transcription Tuesday 2020 | Who Do You Think You Are Magazine

Dear Sisters.

Just a reminder of the fourth annual Transcription Tuesday event on 4 February 2020. We have an opportunity to help make unique records accessible to all.

Every year, Who Do You Think You Are ask readers to join them in indexing and transcribing thousands of unique records throughout the day, helping to make them more widely accessible to researchers across the globe.

Whether you can spare a few minutes or a few hours, it's the perfect opportunity to delve into some fascinating documents and give something back to the family history community.

You don't need to come to church to do this. You can do this in the comfort of your own home!! If you would like to use the Family History Center, the church will be open from 6:30pm. Either way you will have to register.

To learn more and to gain access to the records, follow the link below.

If you need help, please contact Sheila and Ricky Delve.

[10/30/19]   Morning everyone,
This is a thank you message that I have received from Debbie Schmitt and family, for the President Nelson book.

🌺Carol I want to thank you and everyone who signed the book of President Nelson that was sent to us. It was a wonderful surprise and we will cherish it. I’m sorry I didn’t let you know earlier but we truly appreciate all of you and miss you all.🌺

💙💗Sisters Temple visit on Saturday 12th October.

We have booked onto the 11.00am session with the temple so they are expecting Sisters from our stake. If we have more than 35 sisters attend, they may put on another session to accommodate us. As such can we ask Sisters to meet at the entrance to the temple for 10.30am at the latest - that way we will have a good idea of no’s for the session before we go inside.

We have also arranged to have access to the Patrons Dining Room in the Accommodation Centre for an hour after the session finishes so that we can sit together and eat lunch. We thought it might be nice to finish this off with a short testimony meeting as well if Sisters wished to share their testimonies. Can sisters promptly arrange to go over to the accommodation centre straight after the session finishes for this.

We look forward to seeing the sisters of our stake at the Temple on Saturday. To quote President Nelson from the Women’s General Conference this weekend:-

“As we have discussed here tonight, you sisters are vital to the work of the temple, and the temple is where you will receive your highest spiritual treasures.”💗💙
