Fr Andrew suggested I post about this: if you need vegan recipes for the fast that begins today, go to Woolies and pick up their latest free magazine. It has a feature on vegan comfort food - swaps for our usual favourites. (Vegan curries are a good winter staple too, if you're not already aquainted with them)
Our next educational talk is on Orthodox Customs and Practices - all the things we take for granted (but may never think to ask about). Tomorrow night, 6:30-8pm at HAOC. All welcome!
